District 5 Officers Deliver Gifts, Meals to Families

December 26th, 2013 by milwaukeepolice

Officers from District 5 of the Milwaukee Police Department were truly in the holiday spirit this week and played the role of Santa on Christmas Eve. Officers adopted several families in their district that were referred to them by community partners. Then on December 24, the officers delivered gifts and a Christmas dinner right to the homes of the families. It was a great opportunity for officers to give back to the community that they serve everyday.
