MPD and Roundy’s Partner to Provide Holiday Meals

December 22nd, 2015 by milwaukeepolice

The Milwaukee Police Department and the Roundy’s Foundation┬áteamed up on December 21 to distribute holiday meals to families across Milwaukee. Officers from several Districts loaded meal boxes into their squad cars and spread out across the City to deliver them. MPD Chief Edward Flynn and Jim Hyland from Roundy’s talked to the media about the event at a press conference inside District Three. The families who received the holiday food boxes were specifically selected by Community Liaison Officers in each District. Thanks to Roundy’s for making this very generous donation! ┬áTo see more pictures, check out the Milwaukee Police Department’s Facebook page.
