SURVEILLANCE IMAGES: Do You Recognize These Vehicles? Help MPD Solve September 7 Downtown Shooting.

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Thursday, September 7th, around 1:30 p.m. at N. 4th and W. State Street. A 30-year old man who was washing windows outside of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel building was shot and suffered a serious injury. The shooting suspect is an occupant of a passing vehicle. The investigation has initially revealed that another vehicle was the intended target and not the employee or the Journal Sentinel Building. MPD continues to investigate and seek the suspect and vehicle.

UPDATE (9/8/17 at 11:00 a.m.):

Milwaukee Police are asking the public for help in identifying two vehicles and their occupants from a September 7 shooting near N. 4th Street and W. State Street.

Suspect Two’s vehicle (2000-2004 Infiniti with chrome trim and possible bullet strikes) was traveling westbound on W. State Street around 1:30 p.m.  As Suspect Two’s vehicle was passing N. 4th Street, Suspect One’s Vehicle (2007-2009 dark gray Infiniti G Series) shot towards Suspect Two’s vehicle.  A stray bullet struck and injured a window washer at the Journal Sentinel building.  Both vehicles are still at large.  Please see pictures below for more details.
