MPD Members and Citizens Honored at Merit Awards Ceremony

Chief Edward Flynn and the Milwaukee Police Department are proud to announce the award recipients at the annual Spring Merit Awards Ceremony.  87 law enforcement officers and 15 citizens received their awards on Wednesday, May 14th, 2014 at the Milwaukee Police Academy.  Chief Flynn and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett offered remarks at the ceremony as the community gathered to honor the people working together to make Milwaukee a safer place to live, work and play.
