This subject observed Officer Gasser, threw the rifle, and ran back downstairs. Officers Gasser and Marx called five subjects up from the basement, taking them all into custody without incident. Three of the subjects were charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm; one subject was charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon by a Child, and there were also charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent To Deliver (Marijuana).
