Milwaukee Police responded to a shooting around 1:00 p.m. on November 24 in the 3800 block of W. Vliet Street. The preliminary investigation revealed that two subjects were seated in a vehicle when a male suspect emerged from a different vehicle and began shooting into the victim’s vehicle. A 22-year-old male victim received a fatal gunshot wound. Despite efforts to revive the victim, by both Milwaukee Police and Milwaukee Fire departments, the victim did not survive his injuries. A second victim, an 18-year-old male, who was also seated in the auto, received a non-fatal gunshot injury. He was conveyed to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries. MPD continues to seek suspect(s).
