Victim Punched, Kicked During Robbery

On July 11 at 11:55 p.m. in the 900 block of W. Howard Ave., four black male subjects, got out of a mid size, four door vehicle and stated to the victim, “Where’s the money?” The suspects then rushed the victim causing him to fall to the ground, where they proceeded to kick and hit the victim in the head, nose and the right side of his rib cage repeatedly.

The suspects took a cell phone from the victim’s hand. One of the subjects went into the victim’s pockets and took cash, driver’s license, debit card and a three-inch folding pocket knife. The video depicts Suspect #1 inside of the Speedway gas station after the incident had occurred and shows two of the subjects running away from a Sheriff’s Deputy at the Speedway gas station location.

The vehicle used in the incident had been stolen and has been returned to the owner. A Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Deputy ran the plate while it was parked at the Speedway Gas Station, at 800 East Layton Ave., discovered it was stolen, attempted to stop the subjects, but they ran away. The victim’s debit card was recovered from inside the vehicle and was returned to him.

The suspects are described as follows: #1: B/M, medium to dark complexion, 5’10” to 6”00” tall, medium build, 165 to 170 lbs, dread locked, black hair, blue baseball cap, green, short sleeve T-shirt, black lanyard with a back pouch or card holder attached, green ban on his left wrist, white, knee-length shorts, white basket ball shoes, # 2: medium to dark complexion, 5’10” to 6”00” tall, medium build, 165 to 170 lbs, short, black hair, white, short sleeve, T-shirt, unknown color shorts, white, basket ball shoes. #3: medium to dark complexion, 5’10” to 6”00” tall, medium build, 165 to 170 lbs, short, black hair, white, short sleeve, T-shirt, unknown color shorts, white, basketball shoes. #4: no description
